ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded via the website https://teckelshop.fr
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Teckelshop® confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will be concluded upon validation by Teckelshop® of the payment for the order, i.e., from the date of payment validation for orders paid for online by credit card, or from the date of receipt of payment by check or bank transfer. In any event, Teckelshop® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
Product availability is indicated at the time of ordering. Some references may be shipped directly from our stocks or prepared from current supplies.
In the event of a product's unavailability after the order has been validated, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible by email. The Customer may then, depending on the case, be refunded for the unavailable product or choose an alternative solution offered by TECKELSHOP.
When placing the order and in the confirmation email, a delivery time is communicated to the Customer. This time includes the preparation time and the shipping time according to the chosen delivery method.
Pre-order items:
Some items may be offered for pre-order. In this case, an estimated availability date is indicated at the time of ordering. If this date is changed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
TECKELSHOP strives to ship orders as quickly as possible, subject to actual product availability.
Dimensions:
The dimensions indicated on the product pages are provided for information purposes only. Slight variations may exist depending on manufacturing or measurement methods.
Photographs:
Product photographs are presented for illustrative purposes. TECKELSHOP strives to ensure their accuracy, without prejudice to the legal rights of the consumer Customer.
Promotions with free product(s):
TECKELSHOP undertakes to provide the free product(s) announced in the promotion, within the limits of available stocks. The shipment of the free product may, if applicable, be carried out separately from the main order.
The Customer is required to use the products in accordance with their intended purpose, any instructions provided, and applicable safety rules.
TECKELSHOP's liability cannot be excluded or limited in cases where the law prohibits it, particularly regarding legal warranties applicable to the consumer.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Prices indicated in euros are considered net, excluding any applicable shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging, and product storage costs.
TECKELSHOP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
Standard delivery is free in Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs may apply and are indicated to the Customer before the order is validated.
Any potential customs duties, import taxes, or local charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation, packaging, postage, and customs costs and apply to the following destinations:
- outside the EUROPE zone
- EFTA (Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway)
- Overseas territories (DROM)
Remember to group all your items in a single order. We will not be able to combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The applicable shipping costs are indicated to the Customer before the order is validated.
Delivery times are communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the contract and reiterated in the order confirmation.
In case of delivery delay, the Customer benefits from the rights provided by the applicable legal provisions of the Consumer Code.
Times are expressed in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and do not include weekends.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several payment methods available, offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
- By credit or private card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) either directly on the site, in the payment form offered during the ordering process (secure entry via SSL encryption), by entering the card type, your card number without spaces between the digits, the security code (located on the back of your card), as well as the expiry date.
- By Paypal payment
You have different payment methods available, and you can even benefit from payment facilities by credit card.
Payment is made at your choice on the secure banking servers of our partners. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the site https://Teckelshop.fr/
Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
- Discount Code
Each discount code is valid only once per customer and therefore for a single use (except in the case of promotions and sales, where the customer may reuse the same code for the duration of the promotion and sales period). This code must be entered at checkout in the box provided for this purpose. At any time, Teckelshop reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any discount code it issues via its site or any other platform (email, social networks, etc.).
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITH ALMA
Payment in installments/deferred payment is available via our partner Alma. Secure payments are provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
The Teckelshop gift card is not eligible for Alma installment payments.
Purchase amount
- P2X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P3X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P4X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Fees
By paying in installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay fees. Except in the following cases:
- P2X: 0.65% per transaction
- P3X: 1.31% per transaction
- P4X: 1.96% per transaction
Alma acts as a remote payment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Termination
Any termination of the GTC (General Terms and Conditions) that bind the Seller and the customer entails the termination of the GTC (General Terms of Use) between Alma and the customer.
In the event of a dispute with the company Alma, you have the possibility to appeal to the AFEPAME consumer mediator.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
Products are delivered to your home or to a relay point at the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
TECKELSHOP delivers worldwide.
The delivery time includes the time for preparing the order and the transit time.
The applicable delivery time or date is communicated to the Customer before the validation of the order and then reiterated in the order confirmation email.
The Customer may be informed by email of the various stages of tracking their order, including its preparation and shipment.
In case of delivery delay, the Customer benefits from the rights provided by applicable legal provisions.
To facilitate transport and reduce packaging size, some items may be delivered to be mounted or assembled.
In the case of an order containing several items or from different collections, delivery may be carried out in several shipments.
In the event that the Customer does not pick up their package at the post office or relay point and the package is returned to TECKELSHOP, a new shipment may be offered at the Customer's expense.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY-RETURNS-REFUNDS-CANCELLATION
8.1 Legal warranties
Products sold on the site https://teckelshop.fr benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Under the legal warranty of conformity, the consumer Customer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to take action. They may obtain, under the conditions provided by law, the repair or replacement of the goods, or, failing that, a price reduction or the cancellation of the contract.
Under the warranty against hidden defects, the Customer may choose between the cancellation of the sale or a price reduction, under the conditions provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
8.2 Non-conforming, defective product or preparation error
In the event of a non-conforming, defective, damaged product at delivery, or in the event of an error attributable to TECKELSHOP, the Customer is invited to contact TECKELSHOP as soon as possible at support@teckelshop.fr by attaching any useful justification, in particular photographs.
When the non-conformity, defect, or error is proven, TECKELSHOP will cover, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, the return costs of the product concerned as well as, depending on the case, its replacement, repair, or refund.
8.3 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify TECKELSHOP of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement, by post or by email, to the following contact details:

The Customer may use the model withdrawal form found at the bottom of our FAQ, although its use is not mandatory.
8.4 Return of products in case of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods to TECKELSHOP, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of their decision to withdraw.
Unless TECKELSHOP offers to collect the goods itself, the direct costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The product must be returned complete, with its possible accessories, instructions, labels, and, as far as possible, in its original packaging.
The Customer may handle and try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. On the other hand, they may be held liable in case of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary for this verification.
8.5 Depreciation of the returned product
In accordance with article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, if the returned product shows abnormal depreciation resulting from handling exceeding what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, TECKELSHOP may apply a proportionate deduction to the refund, corresponding to the loss of value actually observed.
Factors that may justify a proportionate deduction, depending on the condition actually observed upon receipt, include: significant presence of animal hair, marked odor, dirt, traces of use, deterioration, missing labels, heavily damaged or incomplete packaging, or any condition making resale impossible or significantly degraded.
Any possible deduction will be justified to the Customer.
8.6 Refund
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, TECKELSHOP will refund the Customer the total amount paid, including initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which TECKELSHOP is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
TECKELSHOP may defer the refund until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment of the goods is provided by the Customer, whichever is the earlier.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Customer and provided that this does not cause additional costs for them.
8.7 Exchanges
As a commercial gesture, TECKELSHOP may accept an exchange, limited to one (1) exchange per order.
This limitation does not apply to the Customer's legal rights in the event of a lack of conformity, hidden defect, or error attributable to TECKELSHOP.
For any size or model exchange requested as a commercial gesture, the returned product must be new, clean, complete, not damaged, and accompanied by its accessories and labels.
8.8 Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Consequently, personalized, custom-made, embroidered, engraved, marked with the dog's name, or products made at the Customer's specific request cannot be taken back, exchanged, or refunded, except in case of lack of conformity or hidden defect.
8.9 Unclaimed, refused, or carrier-returned package
In the event of a package not claimed by the Customer at a relay point, post office, or from the carrier, or in the event of a package refused without legitimate reason, and subsequently returned to TECKELSHOP, any refund will occur after actual receipt of the returned package by TECKELSHOP.
The return costs charged by the carrier, as well as any reshipment costs, will remain the responsibility of the Customer, except for errors attributable to TECKELSHOP or a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal under legal conditions.
If the Customer wishes a new shipment of the package returned due to non-claim, the costs of this new shipment will also remain their responsibility.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the buyer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss or damage to the products occurs at the moment when the Customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Teckelshop® is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases comprising this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it is legally protected and undertakes, in particular, not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent, or retain, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site being accessed.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
TECKELSHOP is committed to providing information that is as accurate as possible regarding the products offered for sale.
TECKELSHOP shall not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract when it is attributable either to the Customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French law and jurisprudence.
Hypertext links present on the site may redirect to third-party sites over which TECKELSHOP exercises no control.
The provisions of this article cannot have the effect of excluding or limiting the legal rights of the consumer Customer, in particular under the applicable legal guarantees.

The Teckelshop site may offer an automated chat assistance service designed to provide general information and guide users.
The information communicated via this service is provided for informational purposes and does not replace personalized advice or an exchange with customer service.

ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW - DISPUTES
These T&Cs, as well as the order and all acts related thereto, are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer and TECKELSHOP shall strive to seek an amicable solution as a priority.
Failing an amicable agreement, the consumer Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
The Customer may also choose to refer the matter either to one of the courts territorially competent under the Code of Civil Procedure, or to the court of the place where they resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the damaging event, in accordance with Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code.
