Frequently asked questions
Find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about delivery, sizing, and returns here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free within Europe, and shipping fees and/or customs duties apply for the rest of the world.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, view your order history, and access information regarding your product warranty.
How do I measure my dachshund?
It is important to always take your dachshund's measurements to ensure you make the right product choice. Your dog's weight is not necessary.
You can read our blog post to learn how to do it perfectly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Although our suppliers are primarily located in Europe, the processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products, and delivery (free of charge in Europe) require our team 2 to 8 working days. If the item is made to measure, the delivery time is a maximum of 20 working days.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to make a return or exchange. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
